We are MOVE TO IMPACT.
Move to Impact was founded by Skadi Mobius & Amber Kesselaer. They met each other at the University Master’s program ‘Management Consulting’ at the VU Amsterdam, but went in different directions after graduation: Skadi focused on innovation and strategy consulting around sustainable businesses, while Amber dove into the world of data-driven organizations. Years (and a few job changes) later, they met again.
Two worlds that do not come together quickly, but fit together perfectly. The joint ambition to take companies further, outside the organization’s walls as well, resulted in a mission to set organizations in motion to change in a sustainable way through insight into data and strategy. Because Skadi & Amber are naturally very curious, they have a need to deeply understand things and improve them. A new social business was born! The team keeps expanding to increase the amount of organizations activated to make a positive impact.

Our CEO Skadi is an enthusiastic, inspiring and compelling go-getter, who is passionate about bringing people together and finding new ways to create a better future. Her super power is to guide teams through the most complex topics and also to create visual tools & solutions.
During her various projects she worked with clients like IKEA, UN Development projects, KPN, WarChild, ABN Amro, Arcadis, various Municipalities and many more.
Our COO/CIO Amber feels completely comfortable implementing the data-driven way of working. After working as a digital project manager at a digital agency and PwC for several years , she decided to become a entrepreneur.
She already helped dozens of companies in various sectors with the translation of strategic objectives to an online dashboard.
