Who is a Management Assistant?
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- You are flexible and can switch effortlessly between different tasks.
- You have a careful and honourable working attitude.
- Good social skills come naturally to you.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Your Role and Tasks
Within Move to Impact, you are indispensable as a Management Assistant. You will contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the team with the following tasks:
- Communication: You actively manage email and ensure that all communication is streamlined.
- Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments and making sure everyone is up to date.
- Sales Support: You keep the Sales CRM up to date and prepare quotations and invoices.
- Administration: From entering and checking hours to processing travel expenses, you’ll bring order to chaos.
- Financial Management: Monitor accounts receivable, prepare payments and prepare agreements.
- Organization: Whether it’s arranging car rentals for client appointments, HR support, maintaining website pages or other administrative tasks, you’ve got it covered.
- Project management: Keeping our project management tool up-to-date is also part of your responsibilities.
