About the CSRD Data Collection For IT Course
Welcome to the CSRD Data Collection For IT Course! With this course, we want to educate IT/data professionals about how their role will look like in the CSRD project. The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive mandates that organizations show that they use data to improve on environmental, social and governance aspects. As such, data collection forms an important cornerstone of the CSRD project.
As the IT/data professional, you are more versed than others to set up the right processes and systems to collect the necessary data. Nonetheless, you may still be unsure about how to set up these processes and systems to conform to the data needs that are set out in the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), the guiding rules of the CSRD. Therefore, we will be providing you, the IT/data professional, with tasks that need to be done to ensure that the data collection process happens smoothly and efficiently.
