As the Director, you will be in charge of setting up and maintaining the support of our consultant network and ensuring the highest quality of services are delivered to this client group. Your strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset will be vital in driving successful outcomes and collaborations. What you will do:

Providing guidance, support, and fostering the collaboration with our own consultants, the consultancies and freelancers.
Develop and implement effective consultancy and training strategies that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our different clientgroups.
Lead and grow the department that is responsible for supporting freelancers and other consultancies that have an agreement with us to support them in their CSRD consultancy.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services, having regular quality checks, organize update training sessions, and exceeding client expectations on the amount of support they experience.
Design processes to optimize the way we support our consultancy partnerships.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, promoting effective communication, coordination, and successful support outcomes.
Cultivate strong client relationships, identify opportunities for collaboration.
Negotiate partnerships, future collaborations and proposals with project managers and C-level.

What does Consultancy mean at MTI?

Move to Impact has the mission to activate as much as possible organizations to make a positive impact through preparing for CSRD and/or ESG reporting in general. Because of this, Move to Impact developed a method that can be used to prepare an organization in their sustainability reporting processes. We offer many services and tools based on this method.

Many consultancies want to offer consultancy services in sustainability reporting, but don’t have enough experience or knowledge to offer this. Because of this Move to Impact also trains other consultants, both freelancers and consultancies, how to help an organization prepare for the sustainability reporting process in a structured and efficient manner. These consultants need to be supported when they advise a company for the first few times. To do so, Move to Impact started license agreements with these consultants to make sure they can benefit from all the knowledge, tools and templates. So working at Move to Impact is not just about our own consultants, but coaching and supporting several other consultants as well.

So Who Is This Senior Impact Consultant?

Over 7 years of work experience in change management, sustainability, accountancy or consulting roles.
Proactive, enthusiastic and drive
Socially strong, as people need to be included in the story
Not afraid to confront the client or teammates with challenges that may arise
Experience in the sustainability sector
Experience supervising reporting projects
Speaks Dutch and English (additional German would be very useful!)
Entrepreneurial attitude; you will be responsible for a whole team/department!
