About Ormit
Ormit Talent is an organization dedicated to expanding the capabilities of young professionals. Through their two-year development program, Ormit assists new talents in starting their career by providing them with opportunities for success. This includes everything from training and coaching sessions to assignments with big name companies.
The company considers themselves a purpose driven organization, where the work being done makes an impact from day one. Ormit recently implemented a new initiative to have all development program participants work on at least one ESG related project. The plan is for this requirement to be fully integrated into their program by 2025, the same year that companies are expected to start reporting on CSRD.
Filling a New Market Need
Like many other purpose driven organizations, Ormit sees how CSRD will change ESG reporting forever. As the first obligatory set of reporting standards, the demand for CSRD support will only continue to increase. Additionally, Ormit sees CSRD as only a starting point for ambitious impact-focused companies. Therefore, the company wants to position themselves on the right side of this positive change.
A member of the Ormit Talent team reached out to Move to Impact’s CEO Skadi Mobius, an Ormit Talent alumnus herself, to see if there was opportunity for CSRD knowledge to be shared. With the help of Move to Impact, Ormit was able to host a CSRD training program designed specifically for the needs of their talents.

Training for CSRD
Two Move to Impact experts came to Ormit to deliver 50 hours of CSRD training to seven talents. Here are some highlights from training participants:

This will not only serve as an excellent learning opportunity for the talents in their development program, but will also help the company with reaching their own strategic impact goals.
Although they are not obligated to comply with CSRD regulations based on their size, Ormit Talent has pledged to comply with CSRD on their own. Equipped with the training from Move to Impact, Ormit will have no problem reaching this new goal!
